Treatment :

to get rid of Urine infection you should avoid the foods and drinks that irritate the bladder wall such as spicy and salty foods, coffee, tea and soft drinks, then you have to drink sufficient amounts of water per day around 2-3 litre, clean the genital area properly, and you can start on Antibiotic such as Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for a week and Uroclean one pack per day for 10 days to clean the urinary tracts, and for the pain, you can take Buscopan twice a day.

based on symptoms, physical examination and some tests such as Urine test, urine culture, and ultrasound of the Urinary tracts
