how to take provera ?
its depends on your current medical condition and why are taking it , but the usual dose are :
1 pills daily if you are treating delayed period
3 pills daily if you treat endometriosis
povera side effects :
1. period irrgularties
2. headache
3. changes in mood
4. abdominal pain
5. nausea and vomiting
6. general weakness
7. breast pain

about period delay :
you can take 2 pills daily ( 2.5 mg pill ) , for 10 days
what to do if the period didnt come after the pills ?
1. consult GYN doctor to do the needed routine medical test and determine the treatment pathways ( if needed )
2. in case of thriod hormone abnormalties ( usually accompanied with other symtpoms ) , doctor will prescribe medication such as Levothyroxine
3. in case of other chronic disease such as ovarian cyst ( PCOS ) or other disease , doctor may need addvanced examnation to determine the causes and treatment pathway
4. general advices :
- avoid stress and have plenty of rest
- healthy life style including health diet and regular exercise
