We would like to inform you that in accordance with Ministerial Resolution 276 of 2020 regarding the stability of workers in private sector establishments during the period of applying precautionary measures to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, it is possible to agree between the worker and the employer to grant leave with or without pay or temporarily or permanent reduce his salary during the crisis period and if a reduction of Salary temporarily is agreed upn, an additional appendix shall be concluded for the employment contract in two copies and mention that in it. Therefore, you shall refer to what was agreed upon with the employer in that regard.
