i resigned from my company and got a job offer,...
i resigned from my company and got a job offer, but the new company cannot transfer my residence due to the covid-19 circumstances. But my current employer is telling that they will can cell my residence. But i have worked with my current employer with more than 5 years so they have to pay indemnity. in this situation is it possible for my current employer to cancal my residence without paying the indemnity?

Can my current company cancel my residency with out paying my indemnity? that too during this covid-19 pandemic? Because the new company i am joining they said they cannot transfer residency till the shoon opens. But my current company insisting in cancelling.... What i can do the best?
