Hi Doctors, I am having cold without fever and flue now a days even in 40 Degree Celsius , having little bit fatigue.Also, it get over when I take rest but get it back after sometime so Kindly advise.

What is the treatment of High fever ?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following :
- Bed rest .
- Drink enough amount of water every day .
- Eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever .
- Treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection such as Azithromycin500 once daily for 5 days for bacterial tonsillitis
- Isolate your self from the surronding .
- Keep yourself hydrated .
- Eat well balanced and healthy diet .
- Take medications as prescribed as Antipyretic and Antibioitcs or other medications .
- Notify the nearest medical center if your condition has become worse
What are the causes of High Fever ?
- Common cold .
- Covid 19 infection
- Throat infection .
- Tonsilitis .
- Infected tooth .
- Lung infection .
- Skin infection .
- Urinary tract infection .
- other causes .
What are the tests needed for High fever ?
Clinical assessment for any signs and symptoms .
- Complete blood count .
- Chest X-ray .
- CT SCAN CHEST and PCR for Covid 19 infection
- Other tests .

Thanks for your reply, I am not having fever, I am not able to sit in AC as soon I go in AC room then I feel coldness. Working in Middle East n we AC Environment every where so as soon I go in AC I get cold even AC is 29 or 28

Even don’t have throat infection, problem is my body don’t like coldness.
