Hloo madam,i walk for private comapny for a month...
Hloo madam,i walk for private comapny for a month but now my company wants me to sign a temporary reduction contract for my previous month which i have already work for a month on the basis of full sallary???so i don't have any idea on this situation so will u give me some suggestion and idea on this matter

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
