Good evening, my name is Anas Abu Al Douleh. I work in the hospitality industry and I am a service provider in a government company. Saturday 31st of May, I was requested to go and do the Covid 19 test in order to return back to duty. I made the test then I start working, on Tuesday the hospital send the test result to the HR department stating that my test is positive, and I went again to the same hospital to redo the test. While the company where I work as a contractor send me next day Wednesday to their test location to do the test and I received in the same day the results as NEGATIVE. Today Thursday, the hospital send the test result and it shows NEGATIVE. They made me fall into depression, and my mother was hospitalized when she knew as I am far away from her. I was seeing my wife infront of my eyes and I can not huge her, and now my work puts me on hold and they might replace me. How can the test shows positive and next day shows negative. My case is only one in this hospital god knows how many people they had the same issue as me. I assume that they are playing with the results to increase their profits as they bare taking huge amount of money to test the company where I work!!. The lack of their professionalism caused severe impact on my brain health, my family, and my career. I want to know what is the legal consequences that I can make against that hospital? Thank you
