My child 9 years of age is having very small patch...
My child 9 years of age is having very small patch of pimples type near his under arm...pls advice wot should I do ...I am applying fucidin to this area twice a day after cleaning with dettole...today I have seen a bit of it near his hand also

What is the treatment of pimples over the skin?
Use an antibiotic such as ogmin 400 mg 5cc three times daily for a week
Use fuscidine cream daily on the affected area
use decomb cream twice daily
Use antiseptic soap
in case of itching or redness he can benifit from lorax 5mg syrup 5cc once daily
