It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that

Concerning the Out Pass and the process on how to get it, Please note that the Out Pass if for those individuals who don’t have a passport for any reason, and their situation in the country is illegal, so if they want to travel back home, they do not need to apply for a new passport, but they will need to get a travel document “Out Pass” in place.

They may approach their respective embassy/consulate and apply for an out pass there.

Once the embassy/consulate issues the document, the beneficiary will then need to approach “Awir Immigration” directly and get an exit permit with-out ban.

The immigration will issue then the exit permit and the individual can now exit the country within a delay maximum of 10 days after getting permit.

Please note that you may consider a fee of Dh220 that has to be paid for the exit permit.
