Hi I am working in a Constructuon firm in Ras Al Khaimah, due to the current crisis I got termination last week 28.05.2020 and have 30 days notice period. Luckily I got another job in Abudhabi, but their only condition is to join Immidiately. I informed my current company to relieve me early, but no response. What is uae law saying about this, is it possible for me to join there by breaking notice period.
