delayed menstruation is usulally treated with hormonal durgs such ar northesteron or with hormonal intra uterine device but the treatment always relies upon the cause 
what is the diagnosis ?
the diagnosis is baded upon the clinical exanination and past medical history, ultrasound of the urogenital tract to rule out any cysts or polycystic ovrain syndrom or even a uterin fibroid or an ectopic pregnancy plus a pregnancy test ( bhcg ) to rule out pregnancy 
what are the causes of the delayed menstruation ?
