I have anemia so I started taking iron pills ( it has vitamin C too) today was my first day I took 100 mg total ( 50 2 times ) but after it I felt so nauseous and resisted vomiting so I don’t vomit the supplément out and I also started getting very dizzy and my stomach really hurts me and I’m so tired
