What are the treatment of pregnancy induced nausea and vomiting ( Hyperemesis gravidarum) 

Needless to say that vomiting is a frequent associated symptom with pregnancy specially if its a pregnancy in the first few weeks of conception .
Hyper-emesis gravidarum is expected to happen but with variable severities among pregnant ladies and its caused by the hormonal changes that influnce stomach acidity and motion . 

To overcome this annoying symptome you are adviced to avoid irritating flavours , spicy food and caffeine containing drinks . If symptomes perisit you are adviced to take drugs containing Vitamin B6 in capsule or tablet once or twice daily if not responding , of note that this medication is safe for both mother and her fetus. 

you are adviced to replace your fluids by increasing your daily water intake, fresh juice and milk . And if you are not tolerating oral diet then its better to visit your treating family doctor to be examined for signs of dehydration and receive intravenous replacement fluids. 

This symptome may be annoying but the good news is that it resolve gradually with the advancement of pregnancy but if not you should consult your family doctor.

Complete blood profile (CBC) to detect any signs of dehydration or anemia , its resonable to ask for  Abdomial Ultrasonigraphic exam to check for your pregnancy to rule out molar pregnancy which is a varient of incomplete deformed zygot formation .kidney functions (urea and Creatinine) and blood electrolytes (K and Na) may be ordered to detect any disturbance in conjunction with Arterial blood gas analysis to detect any changes in the blood acidity.
 Urinalysis is important to detect a substance called ketones that rise in response to severe vomiting  on the other hand urine analysis is vital to discover any signs of urinary tract infections that may predispose to Vomiting especially if the infection had reached the kidney itself.
