Management depends on Painkillers like Iburproven 600 mg twice per day after meals and Antibiotics such as Amoxiclav 875 twice daily for 5 days and Metronidazole 500 mg 3 times per day for 5 days.

Causes: 

Dental caries

Gingivitis
