We would like to inform you that if you lost your civil ID card and want to obtain a lost card, you can edit a record of your civil ID card and go to the expatriate registration office and submit the following documents: -

-The original passport and copies of it

-Two personal photos for those 5 years and over

-Signing a declaration of the authenticity of the basic data and the image

-Fill out the investigation record form in lieu of lost / damaged one
