I want to know if a case that goes to labour court...

We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Labor Law, in regard to the labor complaint in the labor court, then the reply shall be during 10 days after submitting it. If the case was referred to the labor court then the session will be determined to be checked and announce the case parties, and it is estimated to be checked in 30 days after determining the session by the court.
