We would like to inform you that the documents required to obtain a police permit are the national identity card and the family book

The documents required to obtain a family certificate are:

 1- Request to obtain the form prepared for this

2- The application shall be accompanied by a form of two copies, one of which is stamped with the card's information, the packing data form and the recruitment data form.

 3- A certificate of registration from the university, school institute or school for the two studies.

4- The Egyptian birth certificate, an official copy of it, or a copy of the Egyptian passport.

 5- Marriage document in case of requesting a family card, and documents supporting data on family members.

6- Three recent photographs.

The documents required to obtain a birth certificate are:

-A certificate from the hospital or doctor who delivered the obstetrician or its maternity and child care center in the place of residence to verify the accuracy of the notification

-Parent or Family ID

-Marriage document in case of notification from a non-father
