We would like to inform you that If your visa expires on 4-4 and your Emirates ID expires on 22-5, then the UAE government has decided that everyone whose visa expired as of 1-3-2020 will be considered valid until 31-12-2020.
Thus, you can leave the Emirates until 31-12-2020 without fines
