In general, they are safe. However, they might causes some complications

Complications of filler injection around the eye ?
 compromised eyelid tissues
Irregular puffiness
Eye pain
Dryness of the eys
Inability to close the eyse
Visual disturbances
What you should avoid after filler injection ?
AYou should avoid some medications such as Aspirin, some vitamins such as vitamin A & E and essential fatty acids up to one week after treatment
Advice ?
You should re-visit the doctor who did the treatment to you for further assessment and management
