We would like to inform you that if the company cancelled the ticket without notifying you then this is violation against the law. However, if you cancelled the ticket then you have to notify the airline to get back the book fees, if they didn't reply then you can file a lawsuit against the airline company to claim for your ticket money and then get judicial sentence to get your money back, and the company will bear the fees and expenses.
