Goodevening doc.!im start to get cough when my age will be 45,i got different allergies mybe because of my sensitivity due to my nature of work that really expose to the cough and colds from the children,dust etc.coz i work from nursery school.I suffer in coughing everyday but my plem is still white,i want to ended this bad feelings of mine due to everyday coughing.Thanks and God bless!

What is the management of Cough ?
- Good hydration, drink as much water as you can
- Eat healthy food
- Keep yourself warm and protected
- Use over the counter painkillers as acetaminophen or ibuprofen
- Use antibiotics, which must be prescribed by your doctor according to the results of culture and sensitivity test, which must be preformed such as Augmentin1gm twice daily for 7 days
