I have a problem with my company

We would like to inform you that you shall not sign any declaration of cancellation or receiving all of your dues except after actually obtaining your dues and a release letter and a certificate of experience from the employer then you may sign what is required from you.

You must file a complaint with the relevant labor department and accuse the employer of your dismissal arbitrarily. If the employer does not respond to your requests, the complaint will be referred to the court for a decision in the case.
You can hire a lawyer from Dubai to initiate the lawsuit, and that fees and expenses are estimated according to what is agreed upon between you and the lawyer to whom the case will be directly attributed.
