Hello i ve been having pain in my body for three days now and today i have fever 38.5 . No cough no throat pain . Do i have to do pcr test for covid 19 ?

What is the treatment of High fever ?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to do the Covid-19 test to make the daignoses or to exclude it . So you have to do the following :
- Bed rest .
- Drink enough amount of water every day .
- Eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever .
- Treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection .
