It has been 4 years I am suffering with terrible...

It has been 4 years I am suffering with terrible piles and fissures. Before the problem starts I used to poop once a day or sometimes twice. Then due to constipation I got this and I suffered for 6 months in very bad condition. I tried all the medications but it didn't work. Then I took herbal laxative medicine. That makes me have diarrhea. Slowly problem starts to heal.. But it didn't go away completely.. Still I need to take that herbal medicine every night. And everyday I have make sure that I need to poop 2 times a day... That also soft and smooth only. I don't have constipation problem. I am consuming lot of water. But if one day I didn't take medicine then I can't poop twice. Sometimes even if I am taking medicine then I don't need to go twice and if I don't go twice a day, next day I will pass solid poop and my condition will go worse again. I will have cuts in 2 or 3 places and it will bleed and pains a lot. Actually the solid poop size is normal and it is not hard also. Before this problem I was passing poop larger than this but it was not painful and it was totally normal for me. Nowadays i feel like there is piles around my anus and the passage is narrowed because of that. That's why even normal poop is larger for me. I can only pass soft and smooth poop smallar than baby finger size. Otherwise I will face the same painful problem.. It will last for 1 to 2 weeks and sometimes longer.. Everyday passing poop which is not solid is not possible and it won't happen everyday. But for me it is necessary because I can't pass solid poop. It has been 4 years and still I need to take that herbal medicine every night... I am tired of this. If my friends are planning for vacation and some overnight stay then first thing came in my mind is all about this.. What if I am not able to poop twice? What if poop gets harder? All the time I think about is that only. I miss my normal life. Is there anyway to get rid of this? I need 100% cure and need normal life to live. Please help. If people get any other diseases atleast they can sit and talk about that. But me I can't do that.. I am so tired of this..
