Article 19
The lease ends with the end of the period specified in the contract. If the lease expires and the tenant remains beneficial with the leased property with the knowledge of the lessor and without any objection from it, the leaseholders are deemed to have renewed on their first terms, but for a period - or consecutive periods - that corresponds to the period specified for paying the rent and all the guarantees that the tenant had provided in the old lease with the exception of the guarantee were personal do not transfer to the new rent, except with the consent of the sponsor.
Moreover, if one of the parties desires to leave the place, he must notify the other party 15 days before the evacuation of the rent that does not exceed three months and one month in the vacation that does not exceed six months, and two months if the period exceeds that, then if there is agreement on a specific date for the evacuation notice then it must be considered.
Anyway, the notification shall be official or with a postcard registered and clear in the receipt.

Our agreement was only for 6 months and now we are living here 1 year and didnt renewed.Becouse of this pandamic situation we couldnt pay the rent for 4 months.Now evruthng is geeting normal but we dont have mony to give the pending 4 months rent.so if we leave here without inform them ,wothout paying the rent is their any legel problems?
