It is common symptom due to many factors. Firstly, compress on your nose by your hands to decrease and stop bleeding and this step is sufficient to stop bleeding at most cases. Also, while you compress  and do pressure on your nose tend your head below on your chest. It is better to seek for medical help to determine the cause of bleeding

Investigations to do

Measure your blood pressure as hypertension is one of cuses of nose bleeding. Also you can do CBC to exclude infections. Nose and face xray initially

• Hypertension
