Treatment of hydrocele

Hydrocele is an aswelling in the scrotum due to collection of abdominal fluid in the sheath surrounding the testicle , in most cases the hydrocele is disappear on its own , and if dosent disappear it treated by surgical rmove which is called  hydrcelectomy, and tube insertion for fluid drainage

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and doing clinical examination , and CBC to detect the inflammation and scrotal U/S to diagnose it

Causes

• scrotal trauma
• inflammation
• injury to the testis
•  sexually transmitted disease
