If the reason for the wife's failure to summon from the wife was due to the bad intention of the husband presenting an incorrect address or misrepresentation in the wife's name, the punishment provided for in Article 361 of the Criminal Code shall be applied to the request of the affected wife
According to the provisions of the Moroccan Family Code, which read: -
Article 2
The provisions of this blog apply to:
1- All Moroccans, even if they hold another nationality;
2- Refugees, including stateless persons, in accordance with the Geneva Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees;
3- The relations in which one of the two parties is Moroccan;
4- The relations between two Moroccans, one of whom is Muslim.

Article 40

Article 41
The court does not authorize polygamy:

4 - The wife to obtain a certificate of no objection to marriage and the matter is through the review of the embassy of her country and apply for it

5 - the wife to obtain a certificate showing the social status of her, which shows if her marriage or was widowed or divorced or single

5 - Attendance of the guardian or his representative in the event that it is impossible to attend and then bring two witnesses to the court and complete the procedures of the marriage contract and to be ratified the marriage contract from the court and authorized by the court and ratified by the Foreign Ministry and embassies of your countries

If your wife get Non Objection certificate from her embassy for marriage, then you can sign the marriage contract after applying the foreigners marriage conditions in UAE, which are mentioned above.
