We advise you to do qualitative BhCG test as it is the most accurate among pregnancy tests. 
pregnany can be diagnosed by doing blooh BhCH , if it was above 25> its called positive that means that you are pregnant
if it was less than 20 > we recommend to repeat the test within 2 days
in normal pregnany BhCG tripled every 48 hr .
What is amenorrhea
amenorrhea defiened as abscence of menstraution , so it ,may ba classifies as 
1. primary amenorrhea , which means that menstration didnt occur after 16years, or abscence of secondary sexual charachetersitic after the age of 14.
there is many causes of primary amenorrhea :

• turner syndrome
• aandrogren insensitivity syndrpme
• fragile x syndrome
• imperforated hymen

so most causes of primary amenorrhea are genetic and its excluded in your case 
2. secondary amenorrhea which means loss of menstraul period at least , due to ,many causes like :

• pregnancy , most common cause of amenorrhea
• usage of oral contraceptive pills
• (pelvic infalmmatory disease(PID

What are the early signs of pregnancy (does not necessary to be present in all pregnancies)

• tender breast
• nausea and vomiting
• fatigue and generalised weakness
• ammenorrhea

• vaginal bleeding
