Having sore thoat

What is the treatment of sore throat?
Cortisone by injection like decort. These drugs are used to relieve inflammation of mucosal surfaces,
NSAIDs such as ibuprofen 400mg 3 times daily
antihistamin drugs like cetrizine 10mg once daily
Drinking fluids, such as water or juice.
Apply warm compresses to your face.
Avoid cigarette smoke and polluted air.
Use ogmin 500mg tablets every 8 hours for 5 days in case of fever and tonsillitis by examination
Always use water and salt to  and gargle and take care of your teeth thoroughly every day
if the problem was inside the esophagus or the stomach then take esomeprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast

fever

nasal congestion

What tests should you do?
examination of the mucous membranes by a doctor
complete blood count
 if cough present x-ray
endoscope in some cases
