I am sorry, the reply is related to another matter. Maybe I was not clear about explaining my situation. I am talking about a rental contract which ends in October 2020 and I had to break the contract due to my resignation. The next paycheck is to be withdrawn on 1July, 2020. Due to the COVID19 is there is any clause that would permit me not to pay the penalty of two months as I have told the owner of the building about my leaving in two months, earlier. They told me that I will be liable for two months starting the date that I submit the key of the flat.
