What is the treatment of Skin Rash ?
- Clinical assessment .
- You should pay great attention to personal hygeine and avoid using no personal towels or other things .
- Avoid scratching the skin
- Wear comfortable and clothes that are made of cotton .
- Avoid wearing tight clothes
- Use creams such as Triderm twice daily to treat the rash : twice daily for 7 dasy .
- Do clinical assessment if your condition presisted or worsens in the next few days
