what is the treatment of difficulty of breathing ?

the treatment plan depends on the cause , at first we should exclude the corona virus , you should drink warm liquids  and take vitamin c supplement , also you have take paracetamol 500 mg three times per day and take decongestant drugs like phenihydramine tablets twice per day and when you have fever you have to take antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg once per day for 5 days

how to diagnose the cause ?

the diagnosis can be made by taking a full medical history and taking a full medical examination and doing PCR for corona virus ,and doing CHEST X ray
