Hi.. if local is not leaving company and asking for big amount of money what should we do ? As we don’t have money to run business we r selling that business . But local asks for big amount and told us to close company. But we don’t have that much money to close it so we r selling company . But he is not giving documents of his wife and askin for big amount.
