Hello, if the lawyer feels the trial is not fair...

We would like to inform you that the the courts have three levels of litigation meaning that if the lawyer feels this, and the ruling is issued by the trial court, which is the court of first instance, it can be appeal.
If the ruling is issued by the Court of Appeal, it can be challenged before the Court of Deficiency, as it is the highest level of litigation and its ruling is final.
