Treatment of kidney pain and difficult urination

 at the first you should know the cause by doing clinical examination and tests , and for treatment you should drink water   2-3 liter daily, and decrease intake of salt , if there is UTI you can take Cifuroxime 500mg twice daily for 5 days and Uroclean 3 times daily for at least 10days , and if ther is UT stones you can take Cystone 3 times daily for 15days or doing ESWL or surgical extraction , and for fever you can take Paracetamole 500mg twice daily

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC test to detect the infelammation , and urin analysis , and U/S on the urinry trakt and kidneys

• urinary tract infection
• kidney stones
• kidney infections
• Prostatic inflammation in men
