We would like to inform you that once the visa is expired before 3 months then you should leave the country during 30 days after the visa cancellation to avoid the fine. If you couldn't travel due to Corona and stop the flights in UAE in 1 March 2020, then you can get benefit of not paying the overstay fine as that was out of your hand, and you have to travel once the flights are back.
