I work in Atlantis hotelLast two months In our accommodation management made own restrictions on access outside (we were going by electronic permissions)when all of Dubai could go outside, in our occomodetion this was not allowedwe could only go to the supermarket for 45 minutes a day I made electronic permission to go to work, but I went by my privet life things And more then one month i a'm on an unpaid leave vacation right now !Because of that my management asking me to resign in a good way becouse i didnt follow accommodation restrictions and went outside by electronic permission I need advice Shell i do resignation? Or better they gonna terminated me ?Is it legal to keep us under such restrictions?
