Good day Sir,My query is about Jointly Owned Properties in the emirate of Ajman. I feel the neighbors are violating the commonareas by allowing their children to play, which is producing a lot of loud disturbing noise. There are 2 apartmentswith 3 children in each on at my level. The situation has been taking place for 2 months as of now. Every day I havethe children screaming and riding bicycles outside of my door in the common hallway of our apartment building.Moreover, the nanny from one of the families is taking out the baby, which is crying and thus the noiselevel is becoming extremely high. In this momemnts, I feel that the family issues becoming the building issues,since we can't observe the respect of rights of others for peaceful residing.There are only 3 occupied apartments in the level I rent an apartment. And I am the only bachelor tenent. The other2 are families.I do have a high level of tolerance, and I do understand a current situation of quarrantine restrictions, whichcertainly mean that children must stay indoors. Of corse, they have some high levels of energy they need to release.I was keeping quiet for the 2 torturous month, getting really concerned only when they were banging against my doorwith the bycicles or hands, or pressing my door bell while playing. Those instances made me speak to their parents, who then did impose some limitations in the space area of our corridor. Neverthe less, the noise persists on adaily basis. Sometimes continuousely for 4-6 hours. Now, due to Eid Holidays, they have crossed the night time limits. I'm not sure what are the exact quiet hours for Ajman, but I believe, as a common rule goes, it's somewhere untill 10pm max. This did not bother the parents of either of the apartments, and they refered to a holiday event, which literally meant that the children are fine to produce noise at the corridor at such late hour. I did repeat several times to the concerned familiesthat I was disturbed. Reaction as followed wasn't any how positive, and as a consequence, I am thinking on filingan official complaint. I understand that im in the minority of the suffered ones, as they are conditioned with the circumstances. Howeverthis doesn't make me feel better. I feel my tenant's rights are strongly violated with all this noise anddisrespect to my requests.This is the outline of the situation. I would like to receive your kind advice about the rights of either ofthe parties and the measures that can be undertaken in the current state of the situation
