If there is no reason, a mild dose of PROPANOLOL, a beta-receptor antagonist
because beta-receptors increase heartbeat and trigger a tremor in the hand
Stop alcohol consumption
PTU or nercaptizole in hyperthyroidism
anti Parkinson' s disease drugs like levedopa
Stop the stimulant medications
In the case of a defined reason to be treated accordingly

It can happen on its own or occur as a result of another disorder

Blood or urine tests can exclude metabolic causes such as thyroid malfunction
Examination of liver and kidney functions
Diagnostic  MRI may help to determine whether tremor is the result of damage to the brain.
