headache is common complin so i advice to yot for bed rset and cold compresses ans take paracetmol twice daily and avoid use of mobile and tv and cold bath
 you need to take also neurofit and vitamin b12 and omega 3 to avoid anemia

check blood presure
ct for brain or nri
eeg for brain
eye examination
body temprature
causes
migraine
anemia
dehydration
fasting
fatiuqe
tumors
advice
take analgesia if recurent go to the doctor
