The article (61)

The wife is entitled to have the expense based on the legal marriage deed if she surrendered to him. The expense includes, food, clothing, housing, medication and all the life elements according to custom. The wife shall not be entitled to more than three years of expense prior to the date of the case, unless the spouse agree otherwise. The increase or reduce of the maintenance shall be calculated from the date of registration of the case. If the wife claims that she is entitled to her previous marital expense at the time of marriage or after the marriage, it should be the expense of the housing, and she should prove it, if she fails to do so, the husband should prove that by swearing.
