Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of God, his family and companions, and from his family, and after:
 If the husband uttered a clear divorce, then the divorce takes place as soon as he pronounced it, and the divorce of the anger is effective. : ((There is no divorce or emancipation in closing)) Narrated by Ibn Majah,
 If the first or second divorce is for him, he can review it with the Iddah, so if the Iddah ends, he will need to review it with a new dowry and contract, and because the issue of divorce is not an easy matter, and it is not solved by just the written fatwa, then it is necessary to go to the Sharia court, for the judge to consider the matter, and then judge you about it.
