How is renewal driving license in Sharjah

You can renew your driving licence easily through RTA's website
the required documents are as following:

For citizens and residents inside 

Original Emirates ID
Eye test
Clearance letter from the driving institute as proof of fees payment
 
For citizens living outside UAE:

Original Emirates ID
Copy of the passport with valid visa page
Eye test
Clearance letter as proof of fees payment
Official authorisation stamped by the UAE embassy
