My baby have 5 months old. She has itching & pimples(heating) in her neck and body.

Right now i applied ci calamine lotion. One day i used cocunut milk her body when taking bath. After that it will increase.

How to diagnose the cause the cause of skin itching ?
There are many causes and those include:
Allergy,
Dermatological disease
Side effects of drugs
Systemic illness
fungal infection
eczema
viral infection
You need to do the tests:
CBC, ESR, physical exam by a doctor
How to manage skin lesion and skin itching?
You need to use those medications;
If there is itching and wide space of skin rash in this case you need to use dexamethasone injection and also you need to use topical hydrocortisone 1%
I also recommend to use antihistamine medication like loratadin to ease symptoms.
If skin itching last more than one day in this case you need to consult dermatologist to help you and to follow up treatment.
