this type of pain need consultaion to dentist doctor to define cause of pain but i advice you to take medication to decrease pain as ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily and lidocain puff  to decrease pain also regular wash mouth and take antibiotic as augmentin and cold compresses

need dentist to check and exam teeth and may be need panorma as radiological investigation
