due to salary delay to termination we are unable to pay for rent, (22 days today) cheques were given as guarantee. last night at almost midnight at 11:57, the real estate agent went to our accommodation and asked us to leave the flat. we are a family with 2 kids ages 12 and 7. I was afraid but managed to speak with them professionally.My husband is also having mental depression because of his company and our current situation. The real estate refused to give back our cheques too. Can you give the best advice in this situation.
