management depends on the reason and knowing the reason requires to have good history and examination, and for management you can rest , avoid carrying heavy weight  and excessive physical activity and you can put hot compressors on your back , and for management you can take   celecoxib 200mg 3 times a day with ibuprofen 600mg twice a day ,and  for  muscle spasm you can take tabs that contain chlorzaxazone with paracetamol 3 times a day .
 :Diagnosis
By full history and examination , that you can Do x-ray for your back to exclude fracture ,and we recommend you to do ESR AND CRP to search for inflammation , other tests like s.calcium and vitamin D can be done too . in some cases we may need to do MRI for your back to exclude disc prolapse
