Owner of the house i am renting in Fujairah Dibba, cut off water for rent payment delay, first time for 4 days, this time it is 6 days. Even after i paid this time he is ignoring my calls and messages. My question is: is it legal from the owner side to disconnect water for rent payment delay and what can be done to protect my rights in this situation.thanks
