Treatmnet of heavy menses

You can take Ibbuprofen 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain and dcreased menses blood. Hexakapron 1 gm once daily for ten days to decrease bleeding. Also, you can take Priminur tabs twice daily for five days to decrease bleeding also.

Investigations to do

CBC to exclude anemia. Prolactin level for increased prolactin level. TSH for thyroid homones. US for uterus and ovaries.
